Fern is an AI voice agent made by Giga. It’s a sounding board for everyday reflection, not a licensed therapist. It cannot diagnose, provide treatment, or replace professional care. This early pilot has not been clinically validated.
What does it cost?
There is no fee or subscription for this pilot. This is a U.S. local number, so your carrier’s usual calling charges may apply. Each call can last up to 15 minutes.
Will Fern remember me next time?
Not yet. Fern starts fresh on each call. Recordings and transcripts are retained for review, but Fern does not use earlier calls as conversation memory.
What happens to my call?
Recording is on. Calls are recorded and transcribed, and the pilot team can review them to improve Fern. Giga and its voice, AI, and telephony providers process your phone number, voice, and conversation to run the service.
Please avoid sharing information you do not want recorded. This pilot does not offer a promise of confidentiality or anonymity. The page uses no Meta Pixel, advertising cookies, or signup form; Vercel may process standard website access logs. No retention or deletion schedule has been established for the pilot.
